Hello, I'm Arianna, the passionate mind and heart behind La Farfalla, where the art of Italian cuisine comes to life. As a first-generation Italian-American woman based in Vancouver, Washington, my journey is as unique as the colorful pasta I create.

 

My inspiration stems from the rich tapestry of Italian culture and traditions passed down through my family. My mother, a first-generation immigrant to the United States, instilled in me a deep appreciation for the art of pasta making. She was not only a traveler but also a teacher, sharing the magic of crafting pasta and pizza with friends.

 

Now, I have the privilege and responsibility of carrying on her legacy through my own business. Proudly Italian woman-owned, I'm on a mission to bring the beauty of Italian culture to a community that's not traditionally exposed to it. It's a challenge I embrace wholeheartedly, using my youth and fresh perspective to create a modern and exciting presence in Vancouver.
